Court of Appeal Tuesday nullified the election of Evans Kidero as the Governor of Nairobi County. Kidero and his deputy Jonathan Mweke lost the seat following an appeal Ferdinand Waititu. Waititu had appealed against High Court decision upholding the election. The Court of Appeal judges ruled that the two were not validly elected. The Court also ruled that Waititu did not get a fair hearing at the High Court.
