Kenya President Uhuru Arrives in London To support First Lady in the marathon!

President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived in London on Saturday, ready to support First Lady Margaret Kenyatta in Sunday’s 42-kilometer full marathon. The Head of State will join other Kenyans living in the UK to cheer on team Kenya which features world marathon record holder Wilson Kipsang', Emmanuel Mutai and women's defending champion Prisca Jeptoo. The First Lady on Friday night joined elite athletes at a cocktail on the Thames River organized by Virgin London Marathon. The cocktail reception was held in honor of past champions of major world marathons. She interacted with the elite runners among them Wilson Kipsang, Doreen Chebii, Abraham Mutai, Stanley Biwott and Mo Farah of the United Kingdom among others.
